They have been dodging my calls for at least 3 days. I need information about my warranty and instead of answering the phone it goes straight to voice mail. I've left my name and contact info with at least 2 different people. Neither have gotten back to me. Awful experience, it's made things much worse than they needed to be. There will be some follow up to this. Follow-up: They were terrible. The solution they had was that I must not have gotten the oil changed. I showed them paperwork and got nothing. Long story short, they sold me a bad car and know it. Avoid them as much as you can.

Have bought 3 cars from Ferman. Ford, Volvo and BMW. Brought BMW in today for oil change and tire rotation. Was advised that tires were down to level 5 though they were at 7 in January. Was told they needed to be replaced soon. Once Palm Harbor Ferman BMW was advised that the tires were less than a year old ( WHICH THEY SOLD AND INSTALLED ON THE CAR A YEAR AGO) we were advised that its a high performance car and tires wear out. The tires, again which they sold and installed on the car, have 4900 miles on them. For heavens sake..its an X1.. Its not that high performance to burn thru brand new tires in less than 5k milesand this was after the battery fiasco last time in where they wanted almost $ 600 to replace a battery..Called 4 other dealerships all,of whom were around $ 400-450.. Once Ferman was called out on that, they came closer to what other estimates were..We have similar stories at Ferman Ford countryside. Arrogant service writers, 4 hour oil changes etcWe were suvkered by Ferman Volvo in Tarpon which has an unbelievable and very transparent service department. All of Ferman should go study Tarpon Springs. Unfortunately, since we no longer own the Volvo, and have already changed Ford dealerships, we are stuck with Verman until this car is done. Sorry, cannot recommend them
