The service was just excellent, Melissa was very friendly and did a great jog transferring my loan. However, they told me they would give me $100 because I was a referral, and that never happened (I asked twice!).

I love MACU, I've had my account about 15 years or so. Christian routinely seems to make up his own policies instead of following MACU policy. Either that or he just doesn't know them at all. He's refused my family services when closing their own accounts, forgotten signatures on documents, etc. We have issues every time Christian helps us.
