They don't deserve any rating.The worst customer service ever.extremely arrogant.you go there to see and if you don't buy it they keep passing bad comments..they expect you to buy it straight way.cheating customers as well .they sell same rug for 62 pound on eBay plus free delivery buto when you go there its 80 pounds. The worst arrogant company ever

Ordered 3 rugs. Never received them. Yodel possibly at fault, but Rugs4Decor refuses to engage with me to seek a solution. Truly appalling customer service. I am 80 quid down and have no rugs. Rugs4Decor has basically just stolen 80 from me. Doesn't answer emails or letters. Avoid.

Always found Rugs 4 Decor to be a polite, genuine and honest company. They really value their customers and suppliers and have a great approach to business, we would certainly recommend them for any rug purchases.
