Horrible customer service. Employee yelled at me on the phone, "I don't know what pants you have!" I kindly asked her to reference our account and she was able to ID them. They sent the wrong items for the *wrong* school. I was trying to save time and money with an online order but had to drive across town to return the items that she mistakenly sent me. Then, the employee refused to give me a full refund. Instead, she charged me $10 for shipping even though they didn't even send the correct item to me. Rude, overpriced, and their store has zero covid protocols in place to keep customers safe- long, tightly packed lines and no masks. I will never shop here again. No wonder so many other families at our school buy from the Gap or Cat and Jack from Target.

Donald's uniform store is top rated, best friendly atmosphere. There was a young lady with short hair and glasses she was so helpful and so sweet, she kept coming to check on us! Although it was very busy and she had more costumers to check on. Love this place will go again!
