Worst. Experience. Ever. Terrible customer service, product was produced late and incorrectly. ManagementStevewas an embarrassment to deal withrude, unapologetic and dismissive. He made a laughable suggestion to fix the problem, which included procuring a different look of shirts to replace the poorly printed ones even though theyd be a different look/styleall the while trying to explain that he understood brand consistency. Once management became involved, the sheepish front office/customer service group backed off of all of their promises. If a zero star rating were possible, I'd give that. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Hope these guys sleep well at night knowing that their business is this subpar. Check out other review that mentions Steve... what a joke that guy is. I feel sorry for employees he is abusive and unfair.
Terrible place to work, at the time the owner let employees smoke while working and he denied it. They work you to death and don't want to pay. I wouldn't suggest getting a job at Heritage.
Horrible experience as a first time customer. I am also a screen printer and needed their services for outsourced embroidery, which turned out to be a disaster! Heritage took a month to complete my order which in those weeks, they took back my product back twice because of horrible quality that they also agreed was horrible. I asked to speak with Steve McKee and after being pushed aside, I eventually got in contact with Steve over the phone. Steve McKee and myself setup a meeting the same day and I was told by Steven that he wouldn't do anything about my products and reimbursement. After an unprofessional struggle between the owner (Steve) and myself, he eventually agreed to pay for some of the products and was able to settle with me. Steve as a owner is very unprofessional to customers and I warn others that may encounter him, which is why I took my time to write this review out.
