Branden and Bracken built us the best garage on the block, hands down. My only complaint is that the Covid got the better of their scheduling i.e. the city was terrible in getting them permits and inspections on time and we ended up waiting months on a set of custom windows. So the delays were not their fault but something anyone building should be aware of, some variables are outside of the builders control. That said, we weren't charged for the increase of lumber and construction prices that occurred during the time of our delays - apparently the same garage built today is double the cost - yikes! I liked these guys a lot as well as all of the subs that came through - and most importantly the garage is amazing and was very affordable.
