I have had some good orders in the past with this company with good stock levels and have been excellent on price on larger orders. Unfortunately they are being let down by a young lad who they let man the phone and front the business. This little twerp is the most unhelpful little specimen they could employ. I have phoned on 2 separate occasions to make orders. The 1st he didn't no stock levels and reluctantly said he would have to go into the yard to check. When I suggested if he could do that he failed to get back to me and then ignored my calls when I tried to chase it up.Obviously couldn't be bothered. The second experience I asked for some advice that he didn't have the knowledge to answer. Instead of finding someone that did he just to put me on hold and again ignored the return calls . Arnold laver it is beyond me why you have this lad fronting your business. These orders where easy over 2k. If you dont want the business I'll take it else where

Extremely helpful staff member who took the time to offer alternatives for garden building cladding. Was shown actual planks and offered a small sample which I took with me. Currently working out actual requirements. Will be placing an order soon. R
