I have waited almost a week to write this review because I didn't want to do it out of anger. My company and I purchased 6 shirts and brought them down to have them put our logo on. They called us when done and we picked them up, when we got back to the office we looked at the shirts and 3 of them the logos were crooked. I called with in 1 hr of picking up the shirts and told them, they said come down and talk to Jerry. We came down the next day he admitted to one of them being crooked then went on to say they can not guarantee the logos will be straight and they insisted they wouldn't be crooked when we wore them. They didn't want to try to work with us at all to fix the problem and I told them we would not be doing business with them any longer, at this point Jerry said "that's fine, we don't want to work with you if your going to be this picky". I don't believe I'm being picky when I want my logos on my shirts to be straight and professional. I don't think this is to much to ask from a company that is suppose to "specialize" in putting logos on a shirt. I have since wore the shirts to which I have had numerous people point out the logos are crooked and with The Home And Garden show a week away I don't have time to get new shirts made. I'm very displeased with this company and would advise you to look elsewhere.

Great people!!.. My group SCALE JUNKIEZ model car club could not be more happier with their silkscreen work and test run embroidery on a snapback. Blessed I found them when we needed stuff done.

I recently placed a large order of printed and embroidered polo's for my company; the order was requested as a rush due to a company event. Even with a standard turnaround time of 7-10 days for the type of order I had, the owners Kathy and Jerry were extremely helpful and understanding; my order was completed within 5 days and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Mountain Screen Impressions for printing and embroidery needs!
