Great at signing you up and getting you a modified program. However if you ever need to change your membership, cancel or membership, or simply communicate with the team after signing up...good luck. I've recently moved out of driving distance to the gym and cannot make it in person. I've left several voicemails and messages via facebook. I ended up canceling my card and getting a new one to stop the payments. I guess this is my final cancelation notice since I cant get anyone to communicate with me. Other than that...I'd recomend this place

We registered mid November. We went half of that month. We canceled the registration December 2 because of school we werent gonna make it in time anymore.. they said they wont be able to return the money which I could understand. Anyways so the next month i realized they got money out of the account and now February. I have been calling the all January and they never pick up the phone. I leave a voice mail and I get nothing in return. It is frustrated!. They have definitely not been helpful.

My son has been coming to the teen class since 2020. He has really improved on form, endurance and certain exercises that were challenging at the beginning. All the Coaches are pretty awesome, he says! His favorite is Coach Bonnie. Her encouragement has pushed him to new levels. Thanks DFW Crossfit!
