Horrible print quality. I will not be using them again and could really use a recommendation. This is what they say "Using Kornit Avalanche 1000 industrial DTG printers with 24 adjustable print heads and maximum of 1200dpi printing resolution securing excellent print quality for big variety of materials" then go on to say "Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. Last quality control is done before ready garment is fully packed prior to shipping." Turns out its all talk... the quality looks like it something made with a printer from a pawn shop in a basement that can do 200 dpi on its best day... it looks like there is no quality check done at all. Check out the pictures of the actual work... there are things not aligned making the print look like it was embossed or something... the white print is trash... the black hoodie print was tragic and the bottom quarter is a different shade and it is covered with lint of all kinds of colors
I use DJ for on demand print products through Printify, and am very happy with the quality of the printing. One of the things that sets them apart is that my designs don't look cheap and thinly inked on top of dark garments. I really like this company's work.
Wow! I really wish I had checked these reviews before choosing them as my printer on Printify. I've already had to report 4 orders where the print quality was absolutely terrible and looked nothing like the design. Most recently, they sent a customer the completely wrong item!! It was a design that isn't even in my store!! And yes, the production times are way too long! I'm not sure why Printify continues to work with them because they are terrible. I am now in the process of switching ALL of my designs to a different printer. Totally unacceptable!!
