I really thought this was going to be a great trip, the entire point of this trip was to see a close friend of mine and catch a few waves, waves I haven't seen in years as I live land locked. I called Kazuma and ordered what should have been an amazing board, I was told it typically takes two weeks to get a board like that made, worst case scenario three weeks, awesome, I won't be in town for almost three and a half. They set the deadline to a week before I arrived to make sure it would be done, each time I called I said both my first and last name, the color and style of the board, and in turn I was told how close to being ready it was and when it was done. They ended up meeting that deadline with someone elses completely different board and no one noticed, so when I called when I landed and found out mine was not done..ok cool...sucks but I can move around things and wait. I was told it could be absolutely done a week after I landed. Fine, if I can have my dream board and catch as many waves as possible in 24 hours with my friend I can settle for that, I don't want to, but fine. I call that morning, it hasn't even been sanded down but somehow can be done by closing time the next day? I'm sorry but if someone is spending that much money and not asking for an unreasonable timeline, I'd get the thing done. No excuses, no bs. Down to the size of vehicle I rented for my entire trip out here everything was calculated so that I could transport a board which I now don't have, and this entire trip was so that I could spend time with friends in the waves, which I haven't done. I will not be spending a dime at this business in the future.

Quality board, great service with reasonable prices; I highly recommend, and any future board purchases will be made here! Matt was in to help me and I shared with him what I was looking for, my present level of comfort/skill and my goals, and he took it all into consideration as well as my person size and found me the right length/width/volume/shaped board. It even came with fins! Perfect fit; Just what I was looking for; I love it! Thank you! (..and I really appreciate I did not have to break the bank, or wait for the closest find on craigslist); thank you!

I highly recommend Kazuma Surfboards! Working with them was amazing and their customer service is amazing. I recently picked up a 6'2" Mamo and it is hands down my favorite board ever. Can't wait to get another shape from Kazuma Surfboards!
