Thanks for the great review, Neel! Only a few of our customers have ever needed to rely on the extra package insurance by Route, but it's certainly worth the extra $0.98! Typically, once the package has been shipped from our facility the responsibility then rests on the shoulders of the carrier, but things do get lost in the mail. Although it's been few and far between for our customers, Route is the only way to ensure that your package is protected so that you're not out double the cost from having to re-order the item again. Route handles all of that and we love what they bring to the table for our customers!

The customer service was beyond excellence. Brian Loftus persisted every day with a package that got lost and kept me informed along the way. He shipped me a new item even though a refund had already been issued by mistake because I had purchased shipping protection. Highly recommend!
