Our phone lines continue to get hijacked by random people so when we dial out, instead of our business name showing on caller ID, it is a random man's name. This issue has not been resolved for 6 mos now. Our fax no longer works and they cannot seem to fix it even though we pay for it. They tell us they use a 3rd party vendor and it's "their fault" for not registering it. Horrible customer service. No solutions. Empty promises. This is my first negative review EVER! It's that bad. Buyer beware.
Deserves a zero star rating. Worst customer service EVER. Cannot cancel the contract. Not even an option to speak to a customer service rep about canceling. My husband signed up with Vonage for his business, a year later he died and we could not cancel! Finished paying for the year and then they auto-renewed the contract. How?! Just about impossible to get a person on the phone to explain the situation. After at least a dozen calls with so many different people, finally found an account manager that wanted to offer me a discount on the auto-renewed contract. I guess they are reading from a script but come on, not every situation is conducive to a script! Every time I finally got someone on the phone, they tried to give me a "discounted service" instead of a cancelation. Most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. Not worth it. When I finally spoke with someone after ONE MONTH of calling, asking for help, the call kept going in and out. This is a phone company? After a month of calls, it still took over ONE HOUR to cancel the contract of a deceased person. FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE!
