Their turn around time to get things made is horrible. It shouldnt take a company that long (weeks) to embroider 6/7 shirts). That is ridiculous! I wouldnt reccommed this place at all. Ill be going to Logo Works from here on out which is right down the steeet from them. They do a excellent job!

Had one order corrected due to quality/workmanship...returned for another order because they made it right. Follow-up order (exactly the same order) had more problems (quality stitching, crooked, height/location). This time they just wanted me to go away & said they probably would not be able to help me in the future (did not want to make it right or make the customer happy). Very disappointed in their willingness to help a customer that would be returning again and again with future work. Previously had heard good things about this small town local business.

Took our pieces in on a Tuesday to be embroidered for an event on Saturday. Camille was able to put a rush on it and we pick everything up the next day ( Wednesday ). I would wholeheartedly recommend the professionalism, quality of work, and quick turnaround of Southpaw. Keep up the great work!
