Hi stephanie, I do apologize about the experience. We could do the shirt for you but you never mentioned you need to have the shirt done on the spot. My guy did mention that we were extremely busy today due to we are doing a live printing event at six flags. I do apologize again.

I called early in the morning to ask if they were able to print a single word on a shirt for me, the guy on the phone said yes. That the guy who does so would be in within 20 minutes. I go an hour later and he was not there, he was just stopping in so they try to have someone else help me. I proceed to tell him what I need done and they cut me off tell me that they cant help me that I need to order it ahead of time. That would have been good to tell me over the phone. Such a wasted trip
