They gave me a bad controller 2 months ago. It's still sitting here. No one answers the phone. Been 3 weeks since I got an email saying they don't get my Emails. Coustomer service is apparently non existent. Run away while you have your money.
Modded Xbox One controller has handled flawlessly since purchase in 2019, had stick drift and sticky triggers. Contacted them for service offering to pay since its out of warranty and to my surprise they said just send it in and Ill be taken care of. Product is awesome, customer service is awesome, get yourself one.
