My family and I went to see the model homes. The sales person had the doors locked and walked up just as we were leaving. He was very rude! He said you need an appointment to view the models and he literally had nobody there viewing the homes. He couldnt just say sure let me show you our three models. Needless to say, they just missed out on a potential sale of a home. Extremely unprofessional and maybe they should post on the door appointment only so people dont waste their time. We would never want to live in a place where we didnt feel welcomed from the moment we arrived! We recommend hiring a sales team with customer service!

My wife and I closed on a home I. This new development in Palmdale. The process was easy and the quality of work once completed is excellent. The area is beautiful with amazing Mountain Views and desert landscapes. Its also peaceful and quite. Im not sure if this particular neighborhood is selling more lots but the builder is building other neighborhoods in the same area so if you can check them out.

Absolutely beautifully designed, but the HOA fees are high especially when there are no real community amenities being offered.
