My order took 14 days to process and print. Simple invoices. I had to call for updates. Was told that it shipped that day, but was actually two days later. Be prepared for virus related issues- Not 5-7 days as website says.
Unfortunately dealing with this company has been incredibly terrible. The customer service is very rude and has told me that they didn't receive e-mails with updated files so I had to send them their own e-mail back where they had responded saying the file would be updated. Also the billing terrible and they change prices of documents to include shipping.
Thank you for your reply. As an online printing company we ship hundreds of packages out daily to all 50 states & Canada. We have used UPS for over 20 years with very little issues. Unfortunately due to issues related to Covid UPS has their own issues with their drivers. We do our best to ship every package on time & rely on UPS to do their part. We will contact our UPS representative & will bring this matter to their attention.

Great website. Prompt response. Nice Staff. Customer service changed everything. Everything went smoothly when ordering, proofing, etc. UPS was not able to deliver - because they went after hours and even on a Saturday. Attempted 3x and did not even leave a note. So, I receive a call that we need to be charged $45 to get our order back.........This is something, that logistically, does not work. You basically made the (first-time) customer pay for the incompetence of UPS and in turn tried to explain that "we have not contact with the driver". FedEx, UPS, and even USPS call and leave notes when they are having an issue with a package. As a company, that I'm sure ships regularly, you should not have your client take a hit for the company you choose for shipping and a lack of communication with them. Lastly, as I look up the company on Google to write this, I see they are in Delray (I always search local!) - that's approximately 50 minutes from the shipping address and 25 from the updated shipping address, but still taking this hit.
