dont let the fancy technology and marketing fool you. these walls are thinner than anything I have ever lived in and you will not be getting any sleep. I can hear my neighbors refrigerator at night let alone when hes talking. we may as well be living in the same apartment. that means if ur neighbors are awake ur going to be awake too. Also Good luck talking to a manager about take care of any problems, they couldnt care less.

Terrible customer service. When I first moved in everyone was very helpful (after I complained), and I thought the experience would improve. However, there is never anyone available to speak to in the office, they'll ignore you standing there with no acknowledgement (Jessica) and I keep losing my packages! There are no package lockers, so everyone's packages are in the same room and it gets crowded. Ive lost mail and packages, and when asked office to check on them I never got a response. The power is always going out and for a brand new building, it is already falling apart. I have 3 months left In my lease and I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE!

My family and i love this place! Our leasing agent Chris has been really helpful and resourceful, he ensures that we are comfortable and taken care of in all matters. Sold, Love the property...The gym has everything we need. Jessica P. was so professional and very friendly. Loved that the apartments has all this modern amenities and gadgets. The pool was really nice and the upcoming Dog Spa is going to be a big plus for us pet owners.

The people in the office lie. I'm in the process of moving and called months in advance 3 different times and asked what to expect when going month to month and recieved 3 different answers on what fees I should expect. I'm not upset at the amount but the fact that 3 different people told me a bold face lie instead of the truth. If you do not know the answer then say that. Do not pull bs out of the air. I've been more than accommodating when it came to us losing power during the storm, pipes bursting, and workers coming in and out of my apartment during work hours with no warning on when they were coming or going for almost 2 months to repair the damage. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this place. There are better built complexes with honest staff for less money.
