Their jewelry is gorgeous but their customer service has gone downhill. They used to be super nice, friendly, and helpful but, over the years, that has unfortunately changed for the worst.

Went in to look at rings. The associate that we were working with didn't really seem that interested in helping us.It almost seemed like we were a burden for being there.

Hard lesson: It was a mistake to spend almost 800.00 to buy a ring off the internet. The picture of the ring looked great on the website, but once the actual ring arrived I found that the stones were so tiny I was almost embarrassed to present it as a gift. Overall quality of the ring is fine and service after the sale (resizing) was courteous. However for an important purchase such as this don't trust a picture.
