Julia, Im sorry to have lost you as a member, but with that said let me remind you were over charged one month and after contacting me today you were automatically refunded for the mistake. Your statement that its happened multiple times when you just recently canceled is untrue or the waste of money as if you havent been reimbursed is also untrue ... I am more then happy to share your cancellation and follow up messages here and refunded billing to prove what happened. Yes there was an error in your billing, which I apologized for and which was also immediately addressed and fixed upon your notification. I wish you well.

Although CSA has been seen in great light, I must point something out. WATCH YOUR PAYMENT! After going to CSA for a little over a year, I had been charged extra even after cancelling my membership. This is extremely unprofessional especially since it occurred multiple times EVEN after getting ahold of them. If you have 100s of dollars to waste around then it may not be an issue to you but unfortunately for me I do not. It is a beautiful gym but unfortunately I would say thats all it has to offer unless youre already a UFC fighter. You wont be getting much attention.

I visited this location with my son (12yrs) with an interest in BJJ. I called ahead to let CSA know that I would be simply watching the class. We observed the kids class for the first 35 minutes before we left. During those 35 minutes the group warmed up. Some kids listen to instructor others did whatever they wanted. One group played tug-of-war with their BJJ belt. In short, there was little control of the class. At the 35-minute mark of the class we left, no BJJ techniques had been thought up to that point. I hope that was just an off day and that others have a better experience than ours.

Love this gym. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Never left this gym without feeling I could have tried harder.
