Awful customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. Completely absolved themselves of responsibility for miss communication errors on their end. I was also Blatantly lied to my face multiple times. I am embarrassed by the way they handled this isolated incident and will not be returning to them for products. I recommend everyone look elsewhere.

I hired this company to do engraving for my daughters wedding gifts. Bill was pleasant to work with and did an outstanding job. His work was impressive and led to a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend them and for all of your promotional needs. They were fast, accommodating to a large quantity request and reasonably priced. I so much appreciate that they were easy to do business with!
