They where nice but very hard to speak to on the phone. I actually had to text her to get an answer and found that very unprofessional. It was also very hard to get information from her.

Transaction fell through in April 2021 and THE Title told the Buyer and our agent that they will mail the option fee check but they never did. They keep lying to us and TDI about the check status. Even after we provided the pre-paid shipping label per their request, they still don't do what they promised to do and keep ignoring all correspondences. Unprofessional and unethical, I wish I could give this zero stars.
