I noticed that the two dresses you purchased are truly quite different silhouettes and the fit will vary depending on a womans body type. I want to start by saying I really love the clothes I've gotten from M2057 -- dresses, coats, pants and scarves have been great - The quality and material is amazing. Recently, I ordered 2 dresses both in the same size (and same size as all the other dresses I've gotten there). One fit great and the other ran very small, and didn't fit at all. Unfortunately that one was a final sale. I contacted customer service to see if any exception could be made since normally that size fits, and was told it was final sale and could not be returned or exchanged for a larger size, i was willing to take any color - just larger. I have since reviewed both dresses on their site - the good review was posted, and the poor review mentioning the dress ran very small was not posted. I realize I take responsibility when ordering final sale, but I had assumed it would fit like all the other dresses I have from M2057 and I'm disappointed I won't be able to wear it. I also wondered why my review of this dress wasn't posted.

I purchased one item at this store roughly five years ago, and despite multiple requests to be removed from their marketing lists and to stop being contacted (including via the STOP to opt out option they provide in the attached text message screenshot) they continue to harass me on my personal cell and email. This violates SEC regulations for cold calling and telemarketing tactics, and I consider it harassment. I'm hoping that by posting this in the open, they will actually finally remove me from their contact lists, respect my repeated requests to be left alone, and will remedy this sales tactic across their organization- I can only assume this is happening to other people who happened to wander in and make a one-off purchase, only to find themselves in a sort of stalking dynamic for years. *Update*- response to owner: I have written/ email correspondence dating back to 2018 with requests to be removed, referencing previous requests. This started well before 2020, which is why I'm so concerned about the ongoing contact. I have asked to be removed from these lists at least ten times, including once going into the store (when it was on Washington) and asking to deal with this in person.
