Excellent food but unfortunately extremely poor management. We booked a table at 7pm and the email confirmation said the booking is for two hours. We also had to pay $100 only to secure the table for 4 people. At 8:30pm we were asked to leave and our half full wine glasses were removed from the table. We complained to the useless manager without success. All other restaurants around were open and crowded on a Thursday evening before the long Easter weekend but this venue obviously has too much money and doesn't need customers. Never experienced this rude service and poor management at any venue before. Very sad considering we spent over $350 there. STAY AWAY and bring your money to any other local restaurant that actually appreciates their customers. This restaurant obviously doesn't need the money if it can afford to close at 8:30pm and kick out paying customers in the middle of their dinner

Hola Sam, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm not sure why you are telling others that you were eating with us, when we had to deny your entry to the restaurant because you were not complying with Government regulations. Sam, you came to the restaurant and when we asked you politely to show a proof of vaccination, as instructed by the government, you showed us an screenshot of an email which was not valid. We showed you what were the acceptable proof of vaccinations and asked you again to show us one of those. Unfortunately, you were not able to show us this information and we had to deny your entry. I understand it was a special celebration and it was frustrating for you not being seated. Nevertheless, please understand that it is also frustrating and painful for us having people making bookings and then asking us for exceptions that we are not allowed to grant. It is the customer responsibility to be aware of any special requirement imposed by the government. Anyway, I'm not sure what's your intention for elaborating this review. Wow, was expecting much more after spending $100 on a takeaway, Steak was very average for $60, Prawn cocktail I had for $22 had 5 salad leaves and 6 frozen prawns, $13 corn on the cob undercooked ,disappointed to say the least, only upside ,the Mash was excellent and so was the Asparagus! Must be some dining experience in the restaurant to warrant these prices, dont bother with a takeaway thats for sure.
