I called looking for a dryer part and the associate asked where I bought my dryer. I told him where I purchased it (which was done online, not through Brummel's), so he told me that he had one part left which he was saving for his customers. As a potential customer, I thought it was pretty rude customer service. I will never call them again!!!!!!!!!!!
