Terrible people to do business with, don't want to refund or exchange faulty goods I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back :-( wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

Such a disappointment...confirm my order, then try and make me pay an extra 78.00 due to their error. Or have a refund 35.00 short because of their error ! Great way to do business Well done

The pants ordered were too big, I wanted an exchange so paid postage for the return item, they then wanted to charge me for the return item despite spending over 200. I asked for a refund which they said they would do, it has been over a month and I have still not received a refund.
