This place is not open on Monday or Tuesday and if you want to order a custom cake, you need to give them 48 hours notice excluding their closed days. I decided to just go and pick up a cheesecake day of in the morning which they did have available. I remember the quality being so much better though. Had I known the quality had gone downhill, I definitely would have ordered from a place I could have customized for my friends birthday.

When I first moved into the neighbourhood I was excited! I had heard such great things about this place and there was ALWAYS a line out front, that means it has to be good right? I gave it two goes before I realized that it's just like all the other stuff...Americanized. You can tell me it's a "New" Bakery all you want but it's all just the same. If you're ever up in Vancouver BC take a walk down Commercial Dr. and check out one of the Italian bakeries you see, doesn't matter which one, they are all f-in amazing. I'm not trying to be mean, but I don't know what's worse, the fact that people don't know the difference between good baked goods or the fact that BN is just cashing in on it. Keep waiting in line people if you want, I'm looking forward to seeing how long the lines get this month for Christmas!

Very good pastries and baked goods but their employees and management are clearly racist. If I knew they operate their business in that manner I would have never spend a dime in that place. I hope they improve their treatment and stop serving customers based on race or social status. They need to treat everyone equally.
