Terrible experience. Went in n purchased 4x4s and 3 boxes of screws on a Friday n was told they would deliver Monday. They delivered the 4x4s but no screws. Called and spoke to two salesmen n one lady n they fail to call me back re screws. A week later. I go back to get credit. It yook 45 mons to get a check tefund. Ridiculous A week

Came to unload with my flat bed unprofessional unprepeared for the material they had asked for didnt have the right equipment to offload they damaged my trailer and they just acted stupid also the most dirty yard I have seen for a company like this couldnt maneuver scared of popping tires ect

Mr Rocha is a very nice company employee. He is friendly and helpful in taking your lumber order. El clavo has good lumber and good building materials and good prices.
