Incorrect. You have to pay tax. Unbelievable. Also your PS5 had live roaches in it. You have bigger problems. State law means taxes are charged on almost all services, and goods. My daughter who is in high school quoted you correctly. The proof is in the ticket, and I was standing there when you dropped it off, I quoted you, I looked at your console, I was there each time you called about it listening to the call, and was standing next to my daughter when she called you back and got approval for the roach cleaning fee. We did the repair in less than 24 hours in a holiday week with a labor and supply chain shortage of a live roach infested console. No one else in this town can do that. The entire ticket is below. Reading through reviews and the owner responds to any poor reviews claiming they are just attacking him trying to use the pandemic as a reason why they should just be complacent with his poor attitude most of the bad reviews claim his employees are great to work with but he is not and based on his responses I definitely believe they are accurate

If you need your controller stick drift fixed for ps5, I would look elsewhere. Was told they would be able to fix stick drift on my ps5 controller, but that wasnt the case. Got charged $35+ shipping (which isnt bad), but they put a cheap analog thumb stick that was no where close to calibrated properly(messed it up more than when i brought it in). I was told they would refund me, but never did. I had to get it fixed by someone on ebay, which he was able to fix it in a day and now it works fine. Honestly more disappointed in this establishment than anything.
