This review is for Agent Cindy Craig. Figured it would be easier to copy the email I wrote her. Cindy, I cant help being extremely disappointed with how this week has turned out. Excuse me for assuming that if I told my realtor how much I Love a house, they might jump at the opportunity to show it to me. When we spoke the other day, I expressed to you that the Vineyard Ave property was my favorite and the main reason for me to go out looking. Ive lost that house because we waited. We are looking for someone who will do everything in their power to get us into a house we like ASAP. Considering this property is near your job and 3 minutes from my house, we shouldnt have lost it to another buyer. With that being said, there are houses that never became available for us to look at because you decided it was best to set our property searches for 3 Bedroom+/$225,000 when I asked for 2 Bedroom+/$230,000. I need someone that will share their opinion and knowledge but at the end of the day, do what Im asking them to do. With this many hiccups the first week, I dont see this working out in the best interest of either party involved. Thank you for your time, but we will have to respectfully decline the contract and look for a new agent. NOW the response I received was the Most unprofessional response I could have imagined. NO responsablitly was taken and she was extremely condescending. I do Not recommend wasting time with the agents AT ALL!
Hello Gor Jess we apologize for the inconvenience as we try to help everyone professionally as possible it is not always the case, as Miss Corina mentioned to you that the owner of the condo was on vacation we would need to wait until he come back to receive an answer on your rental application, by the time the owner arrived we had received multiple applications and the owner decided to go with a different tenant. We do understand that it can be frustrating not be the chosen one but we would be more than happy to help you find other rental unit if you would give us an opportunity. WASTE OF TIME, UNPROFESSIONAL, & UNORGANIZED! Viewed a condo early last week with Corina who pretty much knew nothing about the property, dropped off the applications last Thursday and was told I would hear back either that night or on Friday....did not hear from anyone. I called Monday morning and was told that I would hear back that afternoon....again, no call. Called back on Thursday, was told I would get a call that afternoon which did not happen and received a call this morning(Friday) from Ilka, to tell me that the property had been given to someone else, but if there was another property I was interested in to give her a call back. They are extremely unprofessional and obviously do not take their customers seriously. There is absolutely NO reason why I had to wait a week and continue to call the office for the status of my application! Response to Management: Corina NEVER explained that the owner was on vacation. She actually couldnt even answer most of my questions because she knew nothing about the property and seeing as how you werent there to know what was said, please refrain from replying with what you think happened. The ONLY thing frustrating about this process is the lack of knowledge and communication with your staff! At the end of the day, understand as a company that first impressions are everything, so when a person chooses to work with your company amongst the hundreds of others out there, be respectful of their time and effort. If your staff cannot perform adequately by putting in the same amount of effort as the customer, please consider hiring new staff or new training courses for your employees. Jess
