Oh Heather, thank you so, so much for this. Your story was so powerful and beautiful, and I am so happy I was able to witness it and capture it for you both. It was a joy working with you. The Memory Collective spent several days with us last summer going through our love story that has expanded over 20 years. The cover to the story Kara created for us was breathtaking and I cry each time I see it. Two young people on a picnic table looking at the stars together. That was the moment I knew I was in love with him and I've never stopped. We were recently married after a long journey and lives that went in another direction. Being able to share our years together before, the why of why we came together again and again, and why we are truly soul partners is a story that to us is more beautiful than we imagined it would ever be some 20 plus years ago. When you lose the one, but that love finds its way back to you you have to mark down all those moments before they are lost. And I've heard our story and it is a beautiful one full of joy, loss, pain, hope, and the ultimate place of belonging we all deserve. Our journey made us who we needed to be for one another so we could end our lives together just as it was meant to be all along. The Memory Collective helped us tell our story and gifted us the joy of the journey along the way. Kara is a gift to those she works with. Making life memories so joyous and kept for all time to share with your family. Knowing who we are, we were, and where we all come from, and how we love perpetuates the story of humanity. The story of my one true love I will cherish for the rest of my life because I didn't fully understand what an amazing story it really is until I heard it through The Memory Collective. It was WOW. This amazing man is my everything, my single thing, my one God given partner, my everlasting. He's a gift. Becoming his wife, sharing our story with Kara was one of the most beautifully lived moments of my life.

The Memory Collective put together an unforgettable collection for my Dad's memorial. His celebration of life event was incredible thanks to the masterfully curated video presentation. The digital video clipped together (also formatted as a DVD) from him telling his favorite stories over the years, made possible by a series of video interviews, made it so that friends and family could see, hear, and laugh with my dad again. The one DVD was a "best of" highlight reel which is a small part of a larger DVD set, and both were clearly made with care. It was a priceless gift to honor his legacy. Moreover, the audio transcripts were captured for a forthcoming follow up project. The text alongside years of family photos will blend together to create a tome, a family heirloom to preserve his personal history. The Memory Collective creates personalized projects that are intimately tailored to your vision. Even if you don't have something highly specific in mind like I did, there is no shortage of creative guidance available. I asked The Memory Collective to gather memories from friends and family of my deceased father at a Remembrance gathering. I met Kara shortly after my father's transition; she was very compassionate yet professional. Again, while gathering stories she was professional and it was easy to share memorable stories with her. She offers a priceless service and provides an exceptional level of service. My only regret is that I didn't know about her service sooner so we could have a first account of my father's stories.
