Extremely rude sellers... willnot go there again ever.. they were rushing and prices weren't mentioned. Both of husband -wife don't even know the abc of customer service.. how to deal with customers. Rubbish service.

We found out that both parties might have had misunderstanding about the delivery, and followed up with you through phone call to make sure this matter was clarified. We appreciated your understanding that it would be impossible to arrange courier delivery on the same day and particularly for your order which was made on Sunday weekend - and it was a little unfortunately that this message wasn't clearly delivered when you were in our store. I spend 600 pounds at Bella Bags, the Lady in charge on that Sunday told me I have to pay 65 pounds for delivery which I did. She told me my order will be delivered tomorrow which is the following day. I took a day off from work to make sure that someone is there to receive the order. The delivery company text me to let me know that my order will be delivered the next day and not the day I was told. Reached out to Bella, spoke with a man who I explained my frustration to, and he told me he can't do nothing about it. Asked for his name, he said he is not going to give me his name. I have to take two days off work with no pay simply for bad customer service and Bella's lack of knowledge on how to take care of their customers. Very Disappointed!
