Hi Jeff. I'm sorry that the door was locked when you arrived on Monday. Typically if we have to be out of the office for anything, such as client meetings in the field, we leave a note offering $100 off for the inconvenience with my personal cell phone number to call for immediate assistance. If that one was not up, there is a number at the bottom of the page containing our hours. Had that one been contacted, the person working inside the office at the time would have come to the door to let you in. We are a family-run business and due to illness there was only one person in the office at the time and the door was locked temporarily to assure our child did not go out of it during a bathroom break! Of course, we also always recommend making an appointment if you're traveling a long distance to assure that someone with the knowledge you need for your specific project will be in the office at that time. I often meet with people late into the evenings to accommodate work schedules, as well as on weekends. All that said, I would love to extend the offer of the $100 off your estimate if you'd still like to come and meet us in person to base your review. I am sure they do good work but its hard to tell because they are not open when the average person can get there. I took off work an hour early to make sure I could get there by the closing time of 7pm which was advertised on Google. After fighting traffic to get there, I found the doors closed and locked. The sign said that Monday evening and Saturday hours were by appointment only. Thats nice. It would have been nicer if that stipulation was advertised on either Google or Artisan's website. Maybe there is a counter top place out there that is open during hours most working people can go shopping for things like kitchen counters, but I have yet to find that pot of gold.

The remodel of our kitchen went very smoothly from day one!! Everyone was efficient, professional, and friendly. Their input was invaluable and we highly recommend them. Now almost 2 years later they enclosed our back porch and remodeled our bathroom. Excellent as alwsys!

We had a great experience working with the Team at Artisan Kitchen and Countertops and Fairway Home Services (FHS). From the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the completed project, Artisan and FHS are 100% customer focused. FHS completed a $50,000 basement remodel on time and on budget. (No easy feat when we made some changes mid project.) The craftsmanship throughout the project was Superb and the attentiveness of the Owner and Project Manager was first rate. Additionally, the experts at Artisan Kitchen and Countertops did an equally Superb job designing/laying out the cabinets and countertops. The compliments we have received on the overall project and specifically the locally made oak bar are too numerous to count.
