Tried to purchase a $250 door over the phone. Had to call the company five separate times. I finally lost my patience with the people answering the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, asked him if he wanted to sell me the part, and he told me "no I do not want to sell you the part". Not a good business to work with!

Hi, we have plenty of experience! Our sales team has multiple members with over 40 years in automotive wrecking. Our dismantlers and inventory team are also very well experienced and some of the quickest, most accurate, and reliable in the industry. We are surely not lacking in the experience department. Amazing customer service! I called in and they took off the part for me with in 45min. My dad is a truck driver and I told them I had limited time to pick up the parts. Miguel made it happen and was very understanding! Thank you guys so much and I hope more business comes your way! Highly recommended to anyone looking for parts. They are fair on price and have amazing customer service.

These parts were delivered but we were unable to leave them at his place of business as nobody was there to accept them. Our driver made several attempts to reach him by phone before leaving his place of business. The parts were not left at his shop due to his neighbors in the shop next to him threatening our driver and also telling our driver they would destroy anything we left. After our driver returned back to our shop with the parts we were able to get in touch with this customer and told him of the situation he said that was fine he would come and pick the parts up from our place of business. Parts were waiting at the shop for him to pick up as that is what he had told us he would do. He didn't show up for several days and then called using horrible language with our employees demanding us to drop everything and deliver his parts. He was told the earliest we could get them back to him was the next day as our delivery truck was already out on deliveries. He proceeded to use profanity and verbal abuse towards our employees who then told him that we were only doing what he had instructed us to do after the first delivery. He then came to our business and picked up all of his parts. We did everything in our power to keep him happy. Due to this situation and claims made in the above review we have notified our credit card company and they are aware of this situation and have the necessary proof to reject any claim by him to recover his money as he has the parts and personally picked them up on film !!

THEIFS LIERS AND CHEATS! PAID FOR PARTS AND THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM AND THEY WERE ALREADY OFF! DEAN VERY NASTY ON PHONE! I HAVE BEEN WAITING 4 DAYS FOR THE PARTS! WE BUY OVER $10K IN PARTS A MONTH AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! WILL FILE WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MONEY BACK!
