We understand your hesitation and apologize that current circumstances do not allow us to offer faster turn around times. We looked at your machine at the counter and concluded the display issues were not fixable while you waited. Good prices but customer service was below average. Im not sure if the clerk had a bad day but he didnt appear to want to be working.

I buy all of my Apple stuff here. They aren't the sweetest techs and salespeople here, but they are definitely knowledgeable and trying to get it right for you as a buyer. I used the tech teaching service here as well. It was worth the cost for sure. Macs are the only thing sold here, like the Apple Store in La Encantada, but I feel like I'm getting a better value here and I don't have to wear my leather trench coat and hipster clothes to go here.
