As a business owner I have found Teramind is a very thorough software and I love it, but for me, the software a bit hard to navigate. (I am not tech savvy at all) The support teams are very responsive via the Chat app, and have walked me through my issues with patience and until there is a resolve. Emailing customer support is great as well. Immediate replies, and helpful as well. No complaints from me.
