Awful warranty department. They just want to deny your claim and sell your more product. They don't care how long you've been a customer or how many products you've purchased from them. Used to be an awesome company but I'll never but another product from them. Most Chinese knock offs have a better warranty.
RC crawler body delivered (very happy with the product) but then started to get import duty bills from fedex. Queried this to customer services as had paid nearly same as product value in delivery but they havent bothered themselves to even reply to my mail. Not going to buy off these again if they wont even acknowledge my problem.
I'm from the UK and fly to LA occasionally with my job. I would one day like to visit the place. Top products. I've bought a couple of bodies, always top notch, the tyres are fantastic (dirt hawgs my most recent). One thing guys, I beg you re release the '70 Ford F100 body, I've looked for it everywhere. No joy.
To the Reviewer who said you "Ruined two Rc bodies" using Pro-Line Airbrush paint, You ever thought that it may not be the paint and that it could possibly be the person spraying it? I'm not being mean, but I was an avid Faskolor and Spazstix user until Pro-Line came out with their paint. I still use Faskolor & Spazstix, but only when Pro-Line doesn't have the color I'm looking for. I've used it since it hit the market and have never had a problem, the trick is to let it cure for about 18-24 hours and then give it a quick dusting of Krylon or Rustoleum gloss clear coat, let that dry and then hit it again, and after 2-3 coats of the Krylon clear coat I assure you your paint will not be chipping, flaking,or whatever your case was. Pro-Line paint is easy to spray, hardly ever needs reducing when using a .5mm needle nozzle airbrush, but then again I've used it straight from the bottle with my Iwata Neo CN and it sprayed great. So until you learn a little more about airbrushing RC bodies, don't knock the paint. Here's some pics of my entire RC Fleet with most bodies painted using Pro-Line paints and a pic of my airbrush station and as you can see I have alot of Pro-Line paints, there's a reason for that....~Jonny
I'm becoming very frustrated with this company, we placed an order several weeks ago and have not heard back from them. I've tried emailing, submitting a ticket online and called I can't get anyone to answer or reply back. At this point I want a refund but again cant reach anyone .
