THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THEM. THERE IS A CHANCE OF NO SHOW. I have used them a few times as I did automotive shoots to sell my classic cars. I have had one photographer who is super friendly and easy to work with. He is a five star. Second guy is like homeland security. Not friendly. Hard to work with. This is about the booking I just did. After I booked my shooting and confirmed, I got an email from snapper saying the photographer cant make it. I have arranged for everyone to be there, trailer the car and everything. They canceled on me. Now they are giving me a hard time to refund and want to give me some kind of coupon. This person named Venus ( could be a fake name) has emailed me 10 times and nothing has been done. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE.
I would avoid using Snappr Photography, I booked and paid for a photo shoot and the photographer did not show up. Even Snappr support personnel could not reach the photography, can you believe that???? Such a disaster!!!! Now I cannot reach anyone from Snapper to either rebook the service or get a reimbursement. Horrible customer service and poor follow-up. I would not recommend this company
Had a really lovely experience with this company! I was expecting hidden costs somewhere, and was pleasantly surprised that there werent any. Our photographer was lovely and professional, and I was very happy with the beautiful photos! All in all, it exceeded my expectations especially for the price point.
I highly recommend using Snappr. There was a bit if difficulty coordinating with the sales person, but when they did finaly reply it was easy to get the photographer booked. Francisco was an absolute delight, very professional and efficient. He gave amazing direction to the execs getting their portraits taken and made the experience very pleasant. I would absolutely book with him again should I be in the market for a photographer.
Will update if anything changes. I booked a month in advance for my engagement shoot- and booked and paid for both the photographer and hotel in advance. I am 4 days away from the shoot and have had no confirmation from the photographer. I have tried to follow up multiple times and received no communication. I have reached out to Snappr on email and chat and they have not done anything about it to solve this issue or assign someone new. They give me a generic 'looking into it'. No one has called though I have asked them to. I expect Snappr to reimburse the shoot and hotel if nothing is solved and i have no photographer. Bad customer service.
