Kyle, to preface this you are the first customer that we have ever had to fire, or deny service from. And we have never slandered your name or any of our customers names EVER. From April 6th- June 11th you placed 5 orders with us totaling 27 pieces. During these 5 orders we did have an issue every time. on our end we did not communicate as often as we should have, which caused delays, this is true. you placed rush orders that did not have print ready artwork, and it took us too long to communicate that we would need to remake your artwork to have optimal print, and for that we take full responsibility. On the blue jacket we printed you yelled at our garment specialist because of an issue that was in your provided artwork. On your most recent order you provided us with artwork that had a black signature at the bottom, and since we printed them on dark grey mineral wash shirts, it was hard to see, again you threw a fit in our showroom and insinuated you would fight me, instead of finding a solution or coming to a resolution. We have messed up a lot of shirts in our lifetime, maybe more than some have even attempted. Sometimes due to careless mistakes, and some due to honest mistakes. Nonetheless we have ALWAYS reconciled with our customer in a way that takes care of them. The more our customers sell, the more we sell, the more we can help make their process and experience better, the more we all win. We work with hundreds of brands helping merchandise their message, and It is unfortunate that you will not be one of them, I wish you the best of luck finding a vendor that suites your needs. Thanks -Samir

Im a local business owner who is new to Charlotte, I am an also a artist and graphic designer. Once moving to Charlotte I was looking around for a local manufacturers to create my garments. I looked all over and F4MILY MATTERS was one of the first on google, I decided to try them out. I loved what I saw when I came in. Great shirt selections, people of color, and everyone was masked up. I came in with the best energy and intentions. I placed an order for sample shirts that I would use to test the quality. I showed them my art, they where impressed and complimentary. One of there employees even followed me on Instagram and I receive likes from him and the shop frequently on my Instagram. I have even been reposted by them. Since the beginning when placing orders there has always been an issue. Whether it be them not sending the invoice to get approved when they say, lack of patience when it comes to garment design and art, and delay and excuses to why things arent dont correctly or on time. I have had to eat sales of garments I pod good money for but came out horrible (windbreaker issue, MOCKNECK tee burning, and reverse image printing). I understand small or local business because I am one, and shop local with just about everything that I do. This is not good business when it is repetitive. I have received shirts with holes, burnt on images, wrong image printed on garments, images being reversed on garments, and just down right attitude when I ask for things to get fixed or made right. They made me look as if Im a person who is bothering them when I simply wanted my products to be done correctly. The last order was it for me, I should have stopped placing orders a while ago but I was just being patient because I didnt know another good DTG print place. I placed my last order of shirts with them and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had. One of the shirts was missing they said they didnt have it, one had a hole, and none of the shirts had the right image, which I sent and approved. Which for some reason they always make a point to get me to approve everything twice, over the phone and by email which delays things. I understand they have feelings about me personally because I expect them to uphold there end of the deal and produce a great product, but as a consumer we have a obligation to pay and have no refund? Thats not fair, I pay upfront full every time, Im extremely good business I just ask for things to be correct and sellable. The employees have disrespected me, the owner has as well, and now they are slandering my Brands name to clients in the city. It hasnt effected my sales whatsoever, but If this is where you would want to have your shirts made so be it, Im not here to deter you from using there services but just to warn you to proceed carefully.
