Becoming increasingly poor and unreliable. 10 days since we sent a B2B parcel still not delivered and now they are saying it will take another 8-10 to conduct a search for the parcel. Avoid this company there are better ones out there. Updated - now star track has lost 2 parcels in a matter of weeks

When booking a parcel service, we do provide estimated time frames for delivery however, this is subject to change depending on the area for collection and delivery etc. this is why it is advised to be estimated dates and to be used as a guide. The only guarantee service we do provide is with our same day service.

Although selecting and paying for next day delivery, the package was delivered the day after - to the wrong office!
A little difficult to get orders rebooked if the pickup is missed. Chat feature needs to have an option for attachment of screenshots too so you don't have to type multiple order #s. Emily was great though
