HORRIBLE service. Completely screwed up our order, and the shop owner (Kelly) became irate when we tried to have it fixed. Went back on what she said she would do in order to fix the error - our summer camp for at risk kids was ruined because of their lack of attention to detail. We still don't have our shirts. No refund or proper reprint offered.

I am not happy with their customer service. On there website it says "no job too small." So I figured they would be able to make one shirt for me. When I got there they told me they could not make one shirt and had a minimum order of shirts required. What bothered me the most is that they were not polite in explaining this. Every time I went in to the store they talked to me and other customers like we completely inconvenienced them. Maybe they should change their website slogan.
