KSM builders are prompt, professional, friendly and do awesome work! Our preschool building was in need of some repairs and they had it fixed in record time. It was great doing business with them. We will definitely have them back again!

Great communication throughout the project. Raul guided me through the process and updated me on delays due to supply chain issues. He also followed up by making sure I was satisfied after the job was done. I now have a beautifully tiled bathroom floor!

Raul was amazing! Everything me and my wife wanted done he did it to the T! Couldnt have been happier, and he was always responsive and was there everyday we needed him! Definitely would re-hire for other projects we would like to get done around the house! 10 out of 10

Raul has been amazing to work with! I have hired him for a few projects including a dishwasher and above stove microwave install. He painted a bathroom and installed a new vanity as well. Professional, responsive and reasonably priced. I look forward to hiring him for future projects!
