Spoke to one of their associates on the phone, drove about an hour to get there. When I finally got there the person who I needed to speak to had left for the day early. Missed out on a $4000-$5000 sale. Probably wont be returning

Wet suit stuck got gift card for 300 and did not know was refunded. Know email saying that. Thought had to use.if would have know that would have taken lessons elsewhere at 1/2 the price with same instructions

Great place! Went in to buy a onewheel, and this place lets you try before you buy. Eric (I think was his name) was awesome and gave me a lot of pointers as a first time rider, highly recommend!

I enjoyed my experience at Urban Surf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a great location near Gas Works, and we were on Lake Union in minutes. We had lots of fun paddle boarding in Lake Union despite the wind, and we saw lots of great views of Seattle. Don't let the two hour minimum deter you. Two hours was not enough! Worth the money and would definitely do again! :)
