Printed a 250+ shirt order with them for an event in March. Minor annoyance #1: They printed the colors wrong. (Granted, this was half on both of us because they got the instructions wrong, but I missed their mistake when they asked me to confirm on the invoice. Whether or not this mistake should have been made when all of the instructions were in plain print via e-mail, though...) Bigger annoyance #2: The printing screen broke at the beginning of the run. This means we got back about 30 shirts with the correct graphics, but the entire rest of the order had a typo on the front of the shirt. Since we got the shirts days before the event, there wasn't enough time to reprint, but... Major annoyance #3: When I contacted them about these errors, they seemed apologetic and promised a partial reprint for staffers at the event (only 30-50 shirts out of the order, since redistributing to attendees wouldn't be as feasible) as well as a partial refund for the shirts we weren't replacing. Great! So, I gave a deadline for later in April and waited... and waited. The deadline for the shirts passed, so I checked in again. The person who writes the checks was "out sick" and they were waiting on us to see if we wanted a reprint *or* a refund. (This is *NOT* what our e-mail exchange suggested at all.) I then spoke with a manager, who tried to talk me out of our promised arrangement, and who said she'd call me back the next day to confirm what the plan was. That was a couple weeks ago; it's now the middle of May. I have since sent a couple e-mails requesting updates and I haven't gotten a call, e-mail, shirts, refund, *any form of contact* since. I should have seen this coming, since I had "Hey, can you send the invoice you promised?" "Oh, I swear I sent you this e-mail...Did you not get it?" type exchanges with them throughout the entire order process. Major annoyance #4: This is how they treat regular customers; we've done one of these $1500-2000 orders with them annually for the last several years! Only order with them if you plan to hassle them to get things taken care of, and if you don't care if they screw up in the end.
Always helpful and willing.to do anything you ask. They're so busy you have to make sure and give them plenty of lead time
