Yes, your ticket got put in the wrong place and we failed to let you know that your patch was in. That does not happen very often and I apologize that it happened to you. We are very sensitive to deadlines and work really hard to meet them and communicate in the rare occasion that we can't. As you know your jacket is done, in the 7-10 day deadline which we promised when you picked the patch placement on the 19th, and you should have time to get it wrapped for Christmas. Took my sons school jacket in to get year patch ordered .. told 2 to three weeks, we'll call. NEVER called. Came in at 4 weeks, the patch was sitting there. Sorry, I was told. I asked "How long to stitch it on" ...I was told" we stitch once a week," so I can back in a week. Nope, not done, maybe another week. I told the older woman that this was a Christmas present, that it needed to be done by mid-December, that was the end of October. She has absolutely no customer service. Now I just hope we get his school coat before he graduates... in two years!
We understand that deadlines are very important in this line of work, which is why we go to great efforts to always meet them. I did lose the contact information for this customer which caused her to receive the product the day after she needed them for an event. This caused her great inconvenience and I worked to rectify the error. I offered my sincere apologies and made the offer to refund the cost for that product, which I did as well as an additional $20. Luckily this is a very rare occurrence and we will continue to do our best for the sorority and fraternity groups that we service.

I ordered letters from here. They didn't have everything I needed. So they said they would mail them to me. She took my address down on a sticky note and proceeded to lose the note. I received my letters after my probate and couldn't finish my paddles. When I called to inquire about the letters I was told to take this as a life lesson. I had to ask for a refund on those letters, it wasn't offered. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever had.
