Ordered 12 days ago, 3-5 days delivery, to date no communication, goods and no one ansering phone to contact them. Service is abysmal and I would not recommend using this company ever.
Goods ordered arrived a little late. Not good quality. Huge charge to send to me on the Scottish Mainland. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed before I ordered. Ridiculous when Royal Mail deliver 6 days a week and there is a universal price for delivery. Contacted to say I wished to return goods. Website says you must have an RMA number. Contacted to ask for one, wasn't given one, wrote back and asked politely for it, was told "just do what the email says, you don't need one"! Not happy and won't be contacting regarding this due to the last email from the address I'm supposed to contact.
Great products and well packaged. Disappointed by the delivery from DPD who failed to deliver until the third attempt and having to send emails to rectify the situation.
Still haven't received my order service is poor what more can you say
