Thank you for your feedback. Respectfully, it is a bit vague, therefore I do not know which business you are with as this comment is from "silverblck 1". We have definitely experienced some changes and challenges with our family owned sign and print company during the pandemic, including reduced staff and working remotely but there is no reason that a customer should suffer for that. I haven't any voicemails regarding one single missing order. If your call to us is missed please leave a voicemail or construct an email with your contact information so that we can be sure to either provide your "missing goods" or issue you a complete refund. Once upon a time this was a great place to go - right up until the time they took money for an order and when I stopped back by to pick up my order the place had signs posted as out of business and although the number rings and there is voicemail you don't get anyone to answer nor do they return phone calls - advise taking your business else where
