My rep for Northeast left the company months ago, and a permanent rep was never reassigned to my account. We had a well-placement and best-price agreement on a couple of products with the company. However, every order, for weeks on end, orders arrived with an incorrect, inflated price. This stopped me from making more placements with the company since I had to take time out of my busy schedule in order to make sure we were square on the deals we already agreed to so that we could price items accordingly at point of sale. Nearly a month ago, I refused to accept an order that was incorrectly priced and sent the order back. At this point, I completely stopped ordering products from Northeast. In over a month, no one has reached out to us in any capacity. It's a completely unfortunate situation, because there are several really great producers that distribute through Northeast in the Atlanta market, but are given a gross disservice by their distributor.

90% of your trucks are not up to DOT standards they would not pass pretrip inspection and thats a hazzard to your drivers and the community in which you operate! your managment treats employes horribly including your HR. your warehouse workers are severely underpaid as well as drivers. theres also a big problem with drug abuse which includes your supervisors!
