Hi Alex, Thank you for your review. We received Lisa's order on the 30th of August, which was paid in full by her by credit card over the phone. The product was dispatched to NT from PERTH by the 2nd of September (within 3 days). Lisa contacted us Monday September 6 for a refund however at this time she had already paid in full and the product was already despatched to the NT. Our terms and conditions under the contract of sale are as per ACCC law and to which all Australian businesses operate. I am sorry that you have ordered the incorrect product, however my Team prides ourselves on being helpful and efficient and I feel you offered your business to us in the first place because of these qualities. So you saying that we have terrible customer service does not really add up if you think about the entire sale experience. Accidentally purchased the wrong product from this company. I advised them and requested to change it to the correct product. I was advised simply that this wasn't their policy and I would have to talk with the owner "Penny" who wasn't available to speak with me. Now i'm left with an incorrect product that they won't take back yet it has only just been sent in transit to the NT. Seems to me that this business is only in it to make a dollar rather than a relationship. Absolutely terrible customer service and care.
Rod is awesome ! These guys provide the best customer service ! Went there for some advice and he was really knowledgeable and patient. Will be back for sure
